Barbara joined Bradfield in February 2014. She has a keen interest in training and a desire to ensure that students receive a quality learning experience. Her recent background includes contract roles in Business Support, Talent Development and Learning & Development in both the private and public sectors. Prior to this Barbara worked in permanent roles in the Human Resources & Development teams of two major shipping companies.
Barbara has extensive experience in co-ordinating global training programmes, assisting training providers, managers and delegates throughout the training delivery process. In her previous roles she has managed the logistics of core curriculums, bespoke training events and special projects, using learning and development processes /systems and her customer service skills to deliver high quality results.
