Carolyn has over 7 years of sales experiences and joins Bradfield after a successful career at Virgin Active. Carolyn was a top sales consultant at Virgin Active and regularly won incentives, ranking in the top percentage of sales performers globally.
Her experience in business development and customer service has enabled her to develop excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, an analytical/logical approach to tasks and the ability to work under pressure.
Her strengths include adaptability, reliability and the determination to get a job done as proven by her varied work experiences in marketing, hospitality work, retail and leisure. She tries to learn something new from every experience and believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally. Her customer service skills are impeccable and Carolyn always puts customer needs as a priority.
Carolyn holds a 2:1 degree in Media & Communications from the University of Greenwich and whilst English is her first language, she is also proficient in Malaysian and spoken Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien).
