Director of L&D
Engin is Director of Learning & Development at Bradfield Group holding a strategic role with responsibility for the direction of the Learning & Development Department and the overall quality of all learning interventions provided by the Group.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the Society for Education and Training as well as holding Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills Status. Engin holds a Master’s Degree in Education, a Degree in Law, Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
Engin has extensive experience in Human Resource Management, particularly in the learning and development field. In his previous role as Head of Learning and Development in a facilities management company he led his team to win three training awards as well as taking responsibility for merging and setting up a new learning and development function and re-aligning it to the organisation’s strategic direction.
Engin also currently lectures (part-time) in employment law at Kingston University and has published in both the fields of employment law and L&D.
