Lucy Mackintosh

Lucy has over 18 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and Learning and Development.  After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Human Resource Management from the University of Bath, UK, she studied for a post-graduate diploma in Personnel Management – attaining her CIPD qualification.

Lucy gained extensive HR experience in the Financial Services sector in London for 10 years, before she was head-hunted for a senior HR role for a large multi-national company in Dubai in 2007.  For the following 2 years she was also elected to run the HR Banking Forum in the UAE.

In 2009 Lucy decided to follow her passion for Learning and Development by becoming a full-time corporate Trainer.  She delivers courses in HR, Management Skills and Personal Development.

As well as having expertise in her subject matter, and a wealth of practical experience, Lucy brings great positivity and inspiration into the training room.
