Course length: 3 days in one block (9.30am – Varying finish time, no later than 5pm) includes lunch and refreshments

Course Structure

This qualification is a concise Award and focuses on a specific set of skills and knowledge required of new managers. This course is made up of two units that we have specifically selected to suit those who have supervisory responsibilities. The delivery and assessment method will involve a mixture of direct tutorial guidance and inclusive classroom based activities assessed by work-based written assignments.
