Nicole Regan-White

Associate Training Consultant

Nicole has an international career spanning over 15 years in senior learning, talent, and culture roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. She has worked extensively with multi-sector and multi-cultural global organisations including politics, engineering, media and professional services, leading large-scale leadership and culture change initiatives.

Nicole has held senior roles with the Tony Blair Institute, Worley, and KPMG, where she led large-scale learning and culture programmes focused on inclusion, resilience, and leadership. Her experience spans sectors including financial services, energy, government, and media. She brings a distinctive mix of business expertise and creativity from her fine art background, helping leaders and teams to grow in complex and diverse environments. Nicole is adept at designing, delivering and deploying both development programmes and curriculums, as well as talent management and wellbeing initiatives to help achieve strategic objectives.

Nicole’s expertise include leadership development and culture change, coaching and facilitation (certified professional coach), inclusive leadership, resilience and psychological safety, talent development and mentoring programme design, creativity in leadership and team development, intercultural intelligence and cross-cultural leadership.

Aderemi Adeola

Associate Training Consultant

Aderemi Adeola is an Educator, Human Resources and Learning & Development professional who teaches, trains and develops HR practitioners to become equipped, qualified providing them with the skills to perform effectively in their roles and career.

Her career spans over two decades of business and people management experience in frontline operational roles developing people, managing and supporting business units, implementing projects, delivering corporate leadership, driving organisational performance and HR training initiatives.

She has worked extensively in HR, starting as a trainer, recruiter, generalist and business partner progressing into senior management roles as a specialist in people, talent, performance, organisational and learning development.
Aderemi transitioned into lecturing and educational consultancy following extensive international HR experience in the retail, aviation, banking and oil & gas industries gained in Europe, Middle East and Africa. This experience gives her an added dimension leading staff from diverse nationalities in a multicultural environment, understanding different cultures, organisational structures, practices, processes, work expectations and norms.

She has worked, lectured and delivered training for an amalgam of international companies, including College of North Atlantic, Qatar (now University of Doha for Science & Technology, Qatar), Doha College, Bristow Helicopters, Tesco Ltd, Shell, UK and Shell Outpost, Qatar & UK.

Aderemi holds an MBA from the University of Westminster, UK and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University, UK. She is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), a Tutor and Assessor for the Level 3 and 5 CIPD qualifications, an endorsed ILM instructor and lectures in a formal teaching capacity.

Hani M. Ramadan

Associate Training Consultant

Hani has 18+ years of experience in HR, talent development, and facilitation. Known as a passionate public speaker and a dynamic facilitator, he trained and coached numerous managers at multinationals across the GCC and the Levant.

He specialises in delivering HR, leadership, and behavioral learning solutions.
Additionally, Hani is a certified assessor and experienced coach who helps organisations establish succession planning programs.

Hani’s latest role was at PwC Middle East as a director in the academy. Before that, he worked with large organisations, including Azadea as Group Talent Development Manager, and Chalhoub as Senior HR Business Partner. He also held various positions in HR management with a large insurance company and at a leading waste management firm in the Middle East.

Hani holds an EMBA from the Lebanese American University, a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR, a CPTD credential from ATD, a BPS Level A&P qualification in occupational testing, and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting.

Lauren Brennan

Associate Training Consultant

Lauren has lived in the UAE for nine years and has experience across the Education, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors, having held recruitment and HR positions in companies including Taaleem, GEMS Education, BBD Education and Cielo Talent.

Lauren owns Ki Global, which is a recruitment, HR and training business based in the UAE. Alongside the business, Lauren is also Adjunct Faculty for Middlesex University Dubai on their Masters People Management and Development programme and has taught CIPD Level 3 and 5, HR and L&D programmes for Bradfield.


Lauren has her master’s in human resource management from Middlesex University in Dubai and has achieved her CIPD level 3 qualification as well as BA (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde.


Lauren retains a fierce passion for coaching and development both professionally and personally, stemming from her experience as a qualified Martial Arts Instructo

Banan Bakkar

 Banan has worked with many international companies in different fields (e.g. banking, real state, start-ups, education, management consulting and retail) and most of the government organizations in UAE (e.g. federal authority of human resources, DEWA, RTA, Emirates ID & Dubai Municipality) Also Banan is an Associate Trainer and Facilitator with McKinsey & Company, KPMG, Tandem Consulting, Duke CE, Bradfield’s Group to deliver best-in-class training programs and interventions in Human Resources, leadership, creativity, people management, decision making & problem-solving.

Hassanein Ismail

Associate Training Consultant

20+ years as an HR professional; in the oil & gas industry. Bilingual Arabic & English speaker. made a range of initiatives and interventions for learning and development, performance management, and change management. His motto in life is “bringing the best out of people” by influencing people to learn, perform, and grow. His computer science and IT background supported his experience in HR.

He is contributing to society and the community through volunteering. He has been a speaker's coach at a number of TEDx events in Sudan (TEDxKhartoum, TEDxAlobeid, TEDx University Of Aljazira, TEDxMeddani and more). He volunteered as Communication Coach for Startup Weekend events, supporting youth to pitch their ideas creatively and effectively. Additionally, he volunteered at many schools; teaching and promoting teamwork, creative teaching, gamification, fun learning, and better student engagement.

Currently, he is Head of Workforce Planning and Development at an oil and gas organization, designing creative learning and change management interventions.

Hassanein is a creative facilitator and professional trainer; his style of delivery is super fun and could transform a boring session into an amazing engagement and unforgettable learning experience.

He is an Associate Trainer with RedrUK INGO, where he provides workers from the humanitarian sector with creative and accelerated training skills. He trained a wide range on national NGOs and INGOs including Care International, UNDP, DRC, UNICEF, Red Crescent, JICA, GOAL International and Welthungerhilfe

He is cooperating with the University of Medical Sciences & Technology (UMST) for the DBA program; delivering trainer training for the program students during the skill set period. He is also teaching the HRM course and leadership session for the Global MBA program (Entrepreneurship for Impact) in cooperation between UMST and Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy.

Hassanein is a curious traveler, always seeking exploration, new experiences, and exposure; He has been exposed to a wide range of countries and cultures; which has made him optimistic, responsive, and flexible. This enabled him to add extra spices and flavor to his training design and delivery.

Saima Arfeen

Associate Training Consultant

Saima is a seasoned Strategic People Consultant and Learning & Development leader with over 20 years of international experience in human capital strategy, executive coaching, and talent development. She specializes in leadership development, organizational transformation, and building high-performance cultures that align people strategies with business outcomes.

As a CIPD-certified tutor across Levels 3, 5, and 7, Saima supports HR and L&D professionals through every stage of their development journey. She is also a certified CMI and ILM facilitator, an ICF-accredited coach, and a qualified psychometric assessor, equipping her to deliver high-impact, evidence-based learning and coaching interventions.

Shams Nour

Learning and Development Consultant

Shams is a highly qualified multilingual HR and learning and development specialist who is passionate about helping people reach their full potential in a variety of organisational and cultural settings. Shams has the capacity to overcome language barriers and offer memorable training sessions due to his proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Shams's desire to encourage growth and progress has so far influenced his work. Her experience in creating and leading extensive learning and development (L&D) programmes for multicultural audiences enables her to effectively transfer knowledge to participants of all levels while fluidly communicating complex ideas.

While dividing her time between Toronto and Dubai, Shams makes the effort to stay current on world standards in the HR and L&D industries by attending industry conferences and workshops and accumulating the top strategies for comprehending each field's changing landscape.

She makes use of this information to create and put into practise HR policies and practices that encourage equity and diversity while also spotlighting cutting-edge learning approaches to increase engagement and knowledge retention.

David James

I am also absolute in my belief in the boundless potential of each one of us. Whilst respecting the individuality of each learner, I aim to facilitate their understanding of the virtuous benefits of lifelong learning.
I was and will always be passionate about delivering excellent customer service for my learners. I enjoy working with both individuals and teams through their learning journeys and voyages of self-discovery.

For over 15 years I have worked as a Management Consultant, with clients, successfully delivering learning interventions across the U.K., the Far East and the Middle East. My clients are diverse, spanning several Sectors, including Education, Financial Services (UK and Global), Local and Regional Government, the Built Environment, Media, and Retail.

I have worked with C.I.P.D. learners at Levels 3, 5 and 7 for over 35 years. Today this qualification is more valuable than ever. It is truly inspirational to see learners succeed, achieve their qualification, progress their careers and manage an organisation’s most valuable asset, the people.

Mohamed Adel

Enas ELGarhy

Learning and Development Consultant

Enas experience extends to 20 years at international corporations, governmental and private owned organizations where she specializes in implementation of Human Capital Development Strategies and Solutions. 

She has also led Change Management and Structural Adjustment Projects at international level as an Independent HC Consultant and Coach.

As HR Manager of a medium-sized company in Dubai, Marwa leads with a strong commitment to aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring both organisational growth and employee wellbeing.
