Bradfield was established in 1989 in Cambridge, UK, as a consultancy, conducting HR projects and offering advice to the many university lead companies in the area. Bradfield has also been a trusted partner of the CIPD since 1992, delivering their qualifications in the UK, Europe and Middle East to thousands of students.

In the Middle East we want to be the leading provider of CIPD courses across our core territories namely, Dubai, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Oman, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. In addition we want to be able to cross sell our in-house programmes, both CIPD and tailored, to our core customers. We want to be seen as a leader in providing service excellence to our customers.

We have a strong brand already present in some of these territories and our aim is to both consolidate and build on this further through strong recommendations and referrals from our existing client base.

In 2004, Bradfield became one of the first authorised CIPD study centres in the UAE and the first in Qatar, opening their regional office in Dubai Knowledge Park in 2008. We have worked in all business sectors and we have built our brand in the region over the years, based on the quality of our delivery and service.

At Bradfield everything we do is about HR, L&D, Leadership and Management. We have a team of experienced, qualified Human Resources or Learning and Development experts who deliver our training, some with decades of experience themselves. We remain leaders in the market for CIPD qualifications and were first to deliver the new syllabus in 2021, and in 2023 again first to start delivering in Arabic. We intend to remain at the forefront, not only in terms of new initiatives but in terms of quality as well.

Our team of expert trainers is headed by an impressive team of Curriculum Managers who oversee the quality of our programmes and the progress that each student is making so that we can provide frequent feedback to you.

The Bradfieldteam of trainers have worked with the CIPD for years and fully understands the assignment requirements so that they can help students get the best results. They, and our dedicated team of Learning Experience Coordinators in our Dubai office, are always available to answer their questions and get their problems solved.

We are licensed to deliver at Levels 3, 5 and 7 and to cover either the Human Resources or the Learning and Development streams at Levels 5 and 7,. At Level 3, we can also deliver in Arabic.

Meet Caroline Griffiths

I founded Bradfield in 1989 ten years in the HR profession. I wanted to recognise the need for competent HR in SMEs and start-ups in Cambridge and the surrounding area in the UK which is my home patch and my work as a consultant became well known here. I began teaching on CIPD programmes at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and quickly realised the need for level 3 programmes in the area.

Supported by our local CIPD group, Bradfield became one of the first private providers to start delivering qualifications and we began our first CPP programme in 1992 from Hughes Hall at Cambridge University. Since then we have had centres in London and the South East of England, in Europe and all over the Middle East and in Africa. Today we deliver our open programmes in the UK, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman and offer our self-study courses worldwide. Starting in the Spring of this year, we will be first provider to offer CIPD qualifications in Arabic.
