Recent research has shown that it is often first line managers and team leaders who most require training and yet who are most often overlooked. Recognising this in some of its own clients, Bradfield has designed a suite of short course which can lead to a Certificate in Leadership.

Leadership Training Aim 

The Leadership training learning outcome helps participants to develop the knowledge and understanding of leadership in the workplace as required by a practising or potential first line manager

The Leadership training courses will run for approximately 3.5 hours and therefore delegates will be required to commit to half a day per course

  • Delegates will be given the opportunity to practice a 30 minute recruitment interview
