This is a 3 day in person face to face workshop for between 8 to 16 executives. There will be a small pre-reading and online briefing as well as some questionnaires to complete. Post program there will be a transference of learning to work projects which are tracked.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development; a Fellow of the Society for Education and Training and a Qualified Teacher. He has a strong association with Kingston University teaching up to Executive MBA level.
