The first thing to do is to decide which ‘level’ you would like to study at. What is your experience in HR field? Do you hold any formal HR qualifications?
We deliver Level 3 Foundation and Level 5 Intermediate qualifications in the Middle East.
Level 3:
The Level 3 Foundation is equivalent to A-level standard and we offer the Certificate in HR Practice and the Certificate in Learning and Development.
Included in these programmes students have the opportunity to extend their development and enhance their Certificate qualification with a Diploma in HR Practice and/or a Diploma in L&D.
The Certificate/Diploma in HR Practice has been designed as a first level qualification in the field of HR.
It is suitable for people who are new to the role of HR or for people who have worked in HR for a number of years but who do not hold any formal qualifications.
The Foundation Certificate in Learning and Development has been developed as specialist qualification in the field of L&D.
It is designed for people who are practitioners in training, and who require a qualification which is internationally recognised.
It may also be suitable for those who are aspiring to become trainers or work as an independent L&D consultant.
Level 5:
The Level 5 Intermediate is equivalent to the second year of an undergraduate degree.
The Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Management is designed for experienced HR professionals who may have already completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice or a Certificate in HR Practice and who are looking to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge at management level.
