What is a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma equivalent to?

How long does it take to achieve a CIPD Advanced Diploma?

Most learners complete a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma on a part-time basis over roughly 18 to 24 months, studying alongside full-time work. Some providers quote ranges of 16–24 months, while others allow longer windows such as 24–30 months, especially when the total estimated study time approaches 1,200 hours. The exact duration depends on the provider’s timetable, how many units you take at once, and how consistently you can commit those 10–15 hours per week.

Fast-track or intensive options exist, but they are demanding and usually only sensible if you have flexible work arrangements or very strong study habits.
